📋 Description

• Build and manage relationships with customers to drive integration health and growth • Understand customers' internal structures and business needs • Provide technical guidance during integration life cycle • Collaborate with account team members to plan and grow customer accounts • Analyze integration performance and recommend improvements • Investigate and resolve customer issues timely • Understand the industries Cint and customers operate in • Manage time efficiently while working independently from home

🎯 Requirements

• Technical experience relating to APIs and platform-to-platform integrations • Ability to focus on large amounts of data daily • Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies and APIs • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communicator and flexible team player • Proficiency in MS-Office products • Detail-oriented and thorough in communication and analysis • Curiosity and drive to learn new technologies and systems • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Confident in speaking and writing in English.
