âą Support quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment âą Track costs and prepare variances analysis to forecasts/budgets âą Participate in and support month-end close activities, including expense review and accruals âą Monitor operating expenses, identify discrepancies, and analyze variances to evaluate performance compared to forecasts and budget âą Collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and business outcomes âą Maintain communication with business partners to support business growth initiatives
đŻ Requirements
âą 2 â 5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting âą A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required âą Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial forecasting âą Experience working with budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analysis âą Proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis tools âą Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail âą Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners âą Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work with initiative âą Comfortable working closely with stakeholders across sales, product, and accounting teams to provide financial insights and support business growth
