📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end technical implementation and "white-glove" onboarding of Cint’s APIs for global partners • Collaborate with Cint’s internal R&D and Engineering teams to design custom software workflows for complex partner integrations • Use tools like Grafana, Kibana, and OpenSearch to monitor integration health, identify API bottlenecks, and drive data-backed optimizations • Review new customers’ technical documentation to assess integration complexity, providing guidance and feature requests back to product teams • Serve as the ultimate escalation point between external engineering teams and internal Sales/Customer Success units.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent, confident English (both written and spoken) • Deep, hands-on experience implementing, troubleshooting, and integrating REST APIs • Direct B2B experience in a tech-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, L3 Support, or Integration Engineer) managing the full customer lifecycle • Ability to read metrics and system logs to diagnose problems • Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Go) • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent technical experience.
