📋 Description

• Design and build services and APIs connecting the Synthetic Data platform to Cint's marketplace • Build integrations with third-party survey hosting platforms • Ingest questionnaires and response data into the Synthetic Data platform • Build pipelines that normalize different questionnaire and response formats • Maintain data quality, consent and privacy guarantees • Own throughput, latency, cost, monitoring and reliability of integration and ingestion surfaces in production • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers responsible for training pipelines and inference services • Use Claude Code and agentic programming tools where appropriate • Enable Survey Augmentation, Audience Profiling and Agentic Insights products

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on professional backend software development experience, preferably in Java • Strong experience with Data Structures and Algorithms • Proven experience as a Software Developer in previous roles • Experience building and operating production services, APIs and data pipelines at scale • Familiarity with SQL • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills • Comfortable presenting conclusions and shaping outcomes • Nice to have: AWS, Kubernetes, Spring, Kafka/Kinesis • Nice to have: exposure to AI/ML development, model libraries such as XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost or similar, or LLMs • Knowledge of Databricks is a plus • Curiosity about AI/ML models and LLMs • Ability to work in Prague, Spain, or the UK based on the stated entity locations
