• Review and organize QuickBooks Enterprise data before migration • Prepare accounting master and transactional data • Export data from QuickBooks • Assist with data cleansing and validation • Support Chart of Accounts mapping • Support AP, AR, GL, Sales, and Purchasing data preparation • Create and review Excel migration templates • Participate in migration testing • Assist with Go-Live data migration • Participate in client meetings in Japanese and English during Texas business hours • Work closely with the Business Central Project Manager throughout the migration project
• Business-level Japanese and English • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Enterprise or QuickBooks Desktop • Understanding of: • Accounts Payable (AP) • Accounts Receivable (AR) • General Ledger (GL) • Chart of Accounts • Financial Statements • Experience supporting accounting operations • Experience participating in accounting software implementation or migration projects • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Experience with CSV data import/export • Strong organizational and communication skills
