📋 Description

• Own client configuration and deployment of Emiri, Circana’s Liquid AI-driven natural language tool • Support Emiri’s configuration dependencies, including prompt templates and setup requirements • Design UI mockups or flow diagrams and translate feedback into actionable development stories or bug reports • Document and maintain configuration processes, tips, and how-to guidance for internal use • Collaborate with client success and client teams to explain configuration needs and guide effective prompting • Drive root cause analysis to identify scalability and user-friendliness improvements • Coach commercial teams on Liquid AI configuration and functionality • Support key client meetings and demos • Test enhancements and fixes before release to ensure quality and expected behavior • Scale Emiri across Circana industries, markets, and datasets globally

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with Circana tools, including Unify+, model/report building, and ideally Emiri • Experience in configuration management, technical product operations, or client solutions roles • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple client configurations and maintaining on-time delivery and service levels • Experience with generative AI tools such as OpenAI or Claude • Strong communication abilities for simplifying technical concepts for non-technical users and collaborating across teams • Comfort learning prompt engineering and system behavior • Process-driven approach to issue management, QA, and feedback loops • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar issue-tracking and documentation systems • 5+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting • Multilingual proficiency in French, German, Spanish, and/or Italian preferred • Working knowledge of JSON and strong attention to structure and formatting preferred • Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms or custom internal tooling preferred • Experience working with UX/UI teams or providing user-centered feedback preferred
