📋 Description

• Support P&L management through revenue and expense tracking, variance analysis, and reporting • Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans • Analyze business performance, identify key drivers, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders • Partner with Commercial leaders to support pipeline reviews, pricing decisions, and revenue opportunities • Prepare reporting packages, dashboards, and summaries highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Financial Analysis, or a related finance function • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Advanced Excel skills, including experience working with large datasets, financial models, and reporting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key business drivers and clearly communicate insights • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
