📋 Description

• Define and execute the vision for AI-driven web scraping, aligning with Circana’s broader data strategy. • Develop processes to identify, extract, and integrate data from external sources using advanced AI techniques. • Implement AI and machine learning models to enhance web crawling, data parsing, and classification of scraped content. • Ensure all scraping activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, using non-intrusive methods. • Recruit and lead a specialized team focused on web scraping and AI innovation. • Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver data assets for new services.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in web scraping and data acquisition at scale, with demonstrated use of AI/ML techniques. • Strong understanding of data engineering, machine learning, and adaptive algorithms. • Leadership experience building and managing technical teams. • Ability to pivot quickly and solve complex data challenges in dynamic environments. • Familiarity with compliance and data privacy regulations. • 10+ years in data engineering, AI/ML, or related fields. • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer data industries.
