📋 Description
• Partner with executive leaders to align people strategies with business objectives • Drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, workforce planning, leadership capability • Develop and execute talent strategies that attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent • Handle complex employee relations matters and champion a culture of accountability
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience • senior HRBP leadership experience supporting technology, product, engineering, AI, data, or digital organizations • proven success leading organizations through growth, transformation, operating model change • bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required • HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred
