📋 Description

• Creating SQL pipelines to transform and model data in preparation for analysis and reporting • Building and maintaining precise, auditable financial datasets such as ARR, Customer Profitability, etc. • Building automated dashboards and reports • Supporting the Finance & Ops teams with actionable analysis to guide decision making • Developing data apps to automate and augment processes like Sales Compensation, Salary Benchmarking, and Comparable Company Analysis • Implementing AI-powered workflows to automate financial reporting and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Strong alignment with our values. • You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5. • Coachable, honest, accountable, and a self-starter. • Insatiable curiosity with a desire to leverage data to better understand how the business operates. • Strong business acumen with a proven ability to think strategically and analytically. • Advanced SQL and data skills (CTEs, window functions, data modeling, etc.) • Ability to build production-grade data transformation pipelines (using tools like dbt or SQLMesh) • 2-5 years of experience in data, statistics, or a related analytical field. • Extensive experience working with BI tools such as Hex (what we use), Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. • Experience with Python (or a willingness to learn). • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
