📋 Description
• Lead Circle’s operations strategy for the APAC region • Define country-specific expansion plans aligned with regional business goals • Build market entry frameworks and secure internal alignment on go-to-market plans and legal entity formation • Manage the end-to-end process of launching new operations or corporate entities in APAC • Serve as the regional operations lead across launches • Monitor regional performance metrics in collaboration with data science • Act as the primary liaison for operational updates across APAC with internal stakeholders and company leadership • Build strong regional relationships with regulators, vendors, and partners to support successful market launches and ongoing operations.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in strategic, operational, or analytical roles • At least 5 years of leadership in APAC-focused cross-functional initiatives • Proven experience in international operations or market expansion across Asia-Pacific countries • Deep understanding of regional business practices, regulatory environments, and cross-border operational complexities • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with legal, compliance, product, and engineering teams • Proficiency with tools such as Slack, Coda, MacOS, and GSuite • Strong executive communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership • 5+ years of experience in fintech, crypto, or other regulated industries within APAC (preferred) • 2+ years in international expansion or regional operations roles with a focus on APAC (preferred) • Experience working and living in one or more APAC countries (preferred) • Proficiency in one or more APAC languages helps build stronger partnerships and navigate multicultural business environments (preferred) • Familiarity with blockchain technologies and digital asset markets in APAC (preferred).
