📋 Description
• Design workflows and interfaces for blockchain-native products • Help users reason about value flow, costs, and tradeoffs • Partner with Product and Engineering to define priorities • Identify repeatable models and abstractions across blockchain use cases • Mentor other designers and raise the bar for product design
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of product design experience • Meaningful exposure to crypto, blockchain, or financial infrastructure products • Strong ability to design across interconnected workflows • Excellent interaction and visual design skills • Experience setting design direction, influencing cross-functional partners, and mentoring designers • Clear communication skills
