📋 Description
• Support the day-to-day management and operation of Circle’s Product Risk Management function • Partner closely with Product Managers to identify, assess, prioritize, mitigate and report on product risks • Help drive business strategy by collecting and analyzing data to track product performance • Work with executives and C-level leaders to define cross-org processes • Drive product processes and drive product related policy management • Lead assessments, monitoring, and reporting on risks inherent to business activities
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years working in risk management for B2B and B2C products • Experience in financial services, payments or technology companies • Ability to influence and work hands-on with other cross-functional team leaders • Experience leading diverse teams in a complex organization • Understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and frameworks • Ability to build and define Enterprise Risk Management frameworks and programs • Proficiency in data analyses using SQL
