• Collaborate closely with Circle’s Business Development team • Articulate Circle's product offerings to prospective clients • Lead technical discovery sessions to capture client requirements • Design solutions and liaise across departments for product limitations • Work with product and engineering teams to prioritize and address product gaps • Oversee technical dimensions post-sales with client success team • Collect and relay market feedback to product teams • Create and sustain internal knowledge repository about products • Represent solutions engineering team at key industry events
• Over 7+ years of experience as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect or Product Manager, preferably with a B2B SaaS or FinTech background • Clarity in complexity; ability to translate complexity into simplicity • Effective communication and storytelling skills • Client-centric approach and dependable partnership with sales, client success, and product/tech teams • History of successfully designing and validating technical solutions for large enterprises • Hands-on experience with API testing, database querying, and technical flows • Proven record of collaborating with developers on SaaS product integration and development • Interest in blockchain solutions; experience in Fintech is a plus • Regular travel (up to 25%) to external events and customer meetings across APAC • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Macbook preferred • Fluent in English with additional language skills preferred (ideally Mandarin and Cantonese)
