Circular Materials is a national not-for-profit producer responsibility organization in Canada that builds and manages recycling systems under extended producer responsibility (EPR). It partners with producers, regulators and service providers to design and implement recycling programs, run supply chain procurement and contracts, provide regulatory reporting and analytics, support producer onboarding and fee-setting, operate IT platforms and financial services, and deliver promotion and education to advance the circular economy and increase material recovery across provinces.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. • Create visually clear and accessible data visualizations. • Analyze producer reporting data and customer service trends. • Develop comprehensive reports with recommendations. • Collaborate with internal teams on program needs and improvements. • Conduct detailed analyses on producer behavior and reporting trends. • Prepare and present executive-level analytical summaries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field. • 4+ years in a business analyst, data analyst, customer experience analyst, or operations analyst role. • Proficient in Power BI. • Skilled in Python. • Proficient in Dynamics 365 and/or other CRM software. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Advanced skills in data analysis and statistical software, is an asset.
