• New customer acquisition: identify and approach potential clients in tax advisory firms, accounting practices and bookkeeping service providers • Build and maintain relationships at all levels • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead qualification through presentations and negotiations to closing • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solution proposals • Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos and pitches tailored to customer needs • Build and maintain the sales pipeline and forecasting, and use the CRM system (HubSpot) to manage and track leads and opportunities • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, Solution Consulting) to ensure a successful sales process • Participate in customer events, conferences and trade shows
• Several years of experience in B2B software sales (preferably SaaS), ideally with tax advisory firms, accounting practices or bookkeeping service providers • Proven track record in developing and closing sales opportunities/projects • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams • Strong self-motivation and goal orientation • Analytical, business-minded thinking and a structured working style • Business-fluent German and English • Degree (Bachelor and/or Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification • Ideally knowledge of complementary products such as Addison, Agenda, DATEV or Simba
