📋 Description

• Support the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle as the subject-matter and technical point of contact • Analyze customer requirements, business processes and digitization opportunities • Conduct discovery workshops and requirements analyses • Develop tailored solution concepts for prospects and customers • Prepare and deliver product presentations, live demos and support the testing phase • Present procurement, accounts payable and banking solutions to business units and decision-makers • Create business cases and ROI analyses together with customers, partners and sales • Support tenders (RFPs/RFIs) and proposal processes • Collaborate closely with Product Management to relay market and customer requirements • Support the Customer Success team with complex customer requests • Participate in trade shows, customer events and webinars • Continuously develop demo environments, presentations and solution consulting materials • Design, plan and deliver internal enablement initiatives, including associated materials

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, consulting or a comparable customer-facing role • Solid experience with software solutions in a SaaS environment • Ideally: knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, procurement, invoice processing, ERP, finance or payments • Ability to present complex topics clearly and persuasively • Experience running workshops, demos, customer presentations and internal enablement • Strong communication and presentation skills • Analytical mindset and structured approach • High customer orientation and consulting competence • Technical understanding and interest in digital business processes • Team player with enthusiasm for collaborating with Sales, Product Management and Customer Success • Fluent German (business/negotiation level) • Very good command of English
