📋 Description

• Help transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the Security & Trust Organization • Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and key business drivers • Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate use cases into technical solutions • Support the implementation of advanced analytics, automation, and AI-powered tools • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance by maintaining high standards for data quality, documentation, lineage, and reporting accuracy • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and cost optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, Bachelors + 2 years of relevant experience or Masters + 0 years of relevant experience • Experience using business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets and translating findings into actionable business recommendations using SQL and other data analysis tools • Experience supporting data automation, advanced analytics, predictive reporting, business intelligence initiatives, or emerging technology solutions • Must be a U.S. citizen with authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship • Experience with AI/ML solutions, Large Language Models (LLMs), natural language processing, AI-powered copilots, prompt engineering, predictive analytics, or automated reporting solutions preferred • Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages used for advanced analytics, automation, model development, or AI solution implementation preferred • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and data warehouses such as Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Databricks, or similar technologies preferred • Knowledge of financial data structures, accounting principles, forecasting processes, financial reporting environments, or business performance analytics preferred • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts and data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
