📋 Description

• Lead three teams responsible for quality platforms and developer enablement. • Set the strategy and roadmap for platforms used by Splunk’s internal engineering community. • Direct delivery of capabilities that improve software quality and release confidence. • Guide adoption as teams move through architectural and platform change. • Balance long-term strategy with near-term delivery; success means measurable gains in reliability, adoption, and developer productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building, testing, and releasing software at scale. • 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams. • Demonstrated experience defining strategy, building roadmaps, and delivering internal platform capabilities for engineering customers. • Demonstrated experience with automated testing, quality frameworks, release pipelines, developer tooling. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
