📋 Description
• Grow and mentor software engineers and technical leaders • Deliver continuous feedback and performance review of engineers, with input from technical leads and senior leadership • Track progress on projects, help engineers grow their project management skills • Preserve the engineering culture as we scale out the team • Being a role model of company culture and values
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of Engineering Management experience • 5+ years of experience in Software Development (any language), with at least 2+ years of experience with Go • 5+ years of Linux, Kubernetes and Load Balancing solutions • Knowledge about Linux systems design, security and/or networking, Linux kernel • Desire to write high quality and efficient code • Experience designing and implementing APIs • A public track record of open-source code commits is a plus
