📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers working on solutions for customer deployment • Make architectural contributions to backend services • Collect and process telemetry at scale from customer-environment data sources • React to environmental changes and render policies at scale to large numbers of enforcement points • Implement low-latency API endpoints processing large volumes of data • Design and support services deployed in complex distributed system environments • Improve scale, performance, reliability, robustness, and security of workload security products • Architect, design, analyze, and brainstorm solutions that improve the product and deliver customer-facing capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 9+ years' experience building software systems in one or more programming languages such as Go, C++, or Java • Technical leadership experience in a software engineering environment • Agile experience • Bachelor's degree with 11+ years of related experience, Master's with 9+ years, PhD with 4+ years, or equivalent combination of education and experience • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience • Proficiency in Computer Science foundational areas, including algorithms, systems, databases, performance engineering and security architecture • Schema/Data modeling design experience • Experience with large-scale event processing architectures • Experience in systems programming and performance engineering • Experience working with security architecture and database design • Kubernetes experience • Experience programming using cloud APIs for AWS, Azure, or GCP • Ability to embrace agile methodologies involving rapid prototyping and customer, peer, technical solution architect, customer enablement engineer, and support engineer feedback • Technical leadership and solution architecture skills
