📋 Description

• Build features across the stack using Vue 3, TypeScript, Django, and Django REST Framework • Evolve loan pricing and investor eligibility matching engines • Integrate with LOS platforms, due diligence providers, credit vendors, and valuation vendors • Design data models and background pipelines that remain performant as volume grows • Write and maintain tests using pytest, Vitest, and Playwright • Build AI-powered product functionality, including LLM features, agents, retrieval, and evaluation • Collaborate through transparent communication with minimal bureaucracy

🎯 Requirements

• Daily, hands-on work with AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar • Experience running several AI coding agents in parallel and judging their output • Hands-on experience building AI into products, including LLM features, agents, retrieval, and evaluation • 5+ years building production software, with depth across frontend and backend • 3+ years of hands-on Vue.js or React with TypeScript experience • Strong Python and Django experience • Solid REST API knowledge • Database skills including schema design, query performance, and safe migrations • Experience with complex platform companies, real integrations, real data, and real scale • Strong UI/UX skills and clear communication • English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher • Experience in fintech or other regulated industries (nice to have) • Experience with OpenSearch (nice to have) • Experience with Playwright (nice to have) • Experience with cloud infrastructure and AWS (nice to have)
