📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments • Implement and maintain routing architectures including BGP, OSPF, route policies, and peering strategies • Implement and manage hybrid networking including VPNs, Direct Connect, and inter-region routing • Manage and configure Juniper networking hardware • Develop network automation using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) • Implement network security controls including segmentation, firewall policies, and access management • Participate in capacity planning, performance optimisation, and traffic analysis • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for network-related outages • Manage ISP connectivity including transit providers, private circuits, and carrier relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering roles • Relevant experience or certification (e.g. CCNP or JNCIP Data centre, Enterprise or Service provider) • Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, routing policies, and network troubleshooting • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, routing, switching, and load balancing • Hands-on experience with Juniper networking platforms (SRX Firewalls, QFX switching) • Ability to troubleshoot layer 2 (ARP and MAC address tables as well as LACP and MC-LAG) • Ability to troubleshoot DNS problems • Experience with common network cabling • Kubernetes CNI (Calico, Cilium)
