📋 Description
• Collect and validate vendor data and financial reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. • Perform quality control reviews of vendor invoices and supporting documentation to verify compliance with contractual terms and service levels. • Support the preparation of vendor scorecards, KPI reports, and dashboards for leadership review. • Partners with vendors to ensure the implementation of and adherence to required reporting practices. • Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Operations to resolve vendor data discrepancies and process gaps. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of vendor management reporting tools and processes. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience. • Typically, 2–4 years of relevant experience in vendor management, procurement, or financial/operational analysis. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data systems and reporting tools. • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • French langue proficiency will be an added advantage.
