📋 Description
• support underwriting manager in managing workflow and handling escalations • perform daily pipeline review to ensure loans are completed within business service level agreements • mentor processors and assist in auditing team members • communicate and explain credit decisions to loan officers and processors • participate in decline committee process for adverse action letters
🎯 Requirements
• developing professional role with in-depth specialty knowledge and understanding of industry standards and practices • analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies • ability to underwrite complicated transactions on multiple loan plans • knowledgeable of VA, FHA, Agency, Non-agency and Community lending policies
