📋 Description

• Lead design, development, and customization of ServiceNow modules to enable and scale enterprise initiatives • Advise on business process and service management best practices and shape digital transformation strategy • Design and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server • Customize modules: form configuration, UI design, data models, workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts • Build and maintain advanced flows using Flow Designer and Automation Engine • Communicate with stakeholders from technical teams to C-suite; define requirements and translate business objectives into technical solutions • Lead customer-facing sessions, discovery workshops, and status briefings • Develop and deliver user training and maintain technical documentation for configurations and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, customization, and platform development (REQUIRED) • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow integrations and flow building • Expert knowledge of Core Services/SMP, ITSM & DEVOPS • Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript • Proven experience with custom development and digital transformation projects • Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable presenting to engineering and executive stakeholders • Master's degree in a relevant field (REQUIRED) • SPM Certification (REQUIRED) • U.S. Citizenship required or ability to obtain Active Public Trust
