• Strengthen campaigns through legal strategies, including judicial actions • Collaborate with relevant teams and participate in legal strategy meetings • Establish and manage relationships with law firms and legal professionals • Prepare and submit legal documents, appeals, complaints, and lawsuits under supervision • Analyze potential legal proceedings and help plan their execution • Monitor and update legal case statuses and the HazteOír Legal Agenda • Track deadlines, developments, and required follow-up actions • Prepare clear updates for campaigners and directors • Draft and disseminate institutional communications about legal cases and judicial developments • Communicate with external stakeholders on judicial matters • Research legal cases and conduct investigative tasks • Prepare witness statements and comprehensive legal reports for anti-corruption proceedings • Organize and document judicial notifications, legal briefs, and case records • Prepare summaries, indexes, and tracking tables for legal proceedings • Coordinate preparation of institutional representatives for external legal communications • Review and synthesize large volumes of legal documentation • Create and maintain standardized Google Drive work templates
• Based in Madrid, Spain • Spanish as a first language • Law degree • At least B2-level English proficiency • Non-native English speakers must achieve a minimum Duolingo English Test score of 100 • Strong understanding of HazteOír’s anti-corruption efforts • Strong legal research, analysis, and document drafting skills • Proficiency leveraging AI to generate legal opinions and reports • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Professionalism, self-motivation, and results-oriented delivery under tight deadlines • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools • Master’s degree, bar membership, prior public-interest litigation or advocacy campaign experience, other languages, and project management tools are assets, not required • Previous professional legal practice is not required
