📋 Description

• Build and optimize user-facing features with a strong emphasis on frontend performance, usability, and design quality • Own features end-to-end, from technical design through implementation, testing, and iteration • Work across the stack to build backend integrations, APIs, and data flows when required • Independently scope, prioritize, and execute projects with minimal direction • Improve site performance, accessibility, and core web vitals • Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into intuitive, well-crafted interfaces • Debug production issues across frontend and backend systems • Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, with strong frontend expertise • Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript) • Solid experience with backend systems (APIs, relational/non-relational databases) • Strong understanding of web performance and accessibility best practices • Ability to navigate and contribute across a full stack codebase independently • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
