📋 Description

• Hands-on contribution to our product • Responsibility for processes, team coordination, and the interface between Engineering and executive management • Translating business requirements into technical plans • Clear communication and implementation of decisions • Close collaboration with the Director of People & Leadership • Representing the engineering team in cross-functional meetings • Coordinating collaboration with external stakeholders • Conducting regular 1:1s and feedback sessions • Improving development processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development, ideally with Python • Experience in technical or line management of development teams • Solid understanding of backend architectures, APIs, and cloud infrastructure • Understanding of business context and commercial considerations • Clear, structured, and confident communication — both with developers and with executive management • Self-directed, reliable work style with high quality standards • Fluent in German and English
