📋 Description

• Technical development and scaling of an AI product • Ownership of core components of the AI architecture • Design and development of scalable AI agent systems • Responsibility for the reliability and quality of AI outputs • Further development of LLM systems • Building observability and evaluation frameworks • Close collaboration with Business and Product teams • Technical decisions with long-term impact

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in software engineering (ideally including AI/LLM environments) • Very strong Python skills (Django or equivalent) • Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) • Experience in AI system design • Knowledge of evaluation methods and observability • Ability to make trade-offs between speed and quality • Able to work independently with minimal guidance • Proven ability to deliver products
