🎯 Requirements
• 1–3 years of Medicaid eligibility experience (preferably in long-term care) • Working knowledge of Medicaid programs across states • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Effective communicator with solid analytical and problem-solving skills • Able to manage time well, stay organized, and handle sensitive information professionally • Understand insurance industries, managed care programs, and Medicaid and Medicare guidelines • Understand and abide by best practices/HIPAA laws regarding dealing with clients and data
