📋 Description
• Lead client meetings and working sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Configure Workiva solutions to support financial reporting, sustainability and GRC automation, including data integration, template development, and workflow setup • Perform data migration from legacy systems and validate accuracy through testing and reconciliation • Review and provide quality assurance on deliverables produced by offshore team members • Support client enablement through training, testing, and adoption activities
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing ERP, GRC, ESG, or financial reporting systems • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and complex formulas • Experience extracting and analyzing financial and/or operational data from ERP, CPM, GL, GRC or other reporting systems
