• Serve as a primary point of contact for clinical trial patients and families, providing guidance, education, and ongoing support • Introduce patients to available programs, services and resources. • Help navigate the care continuum • Assess patient and family needs, identify potential barriers, coordinate solutions to support treatment adherence • Act as a liaison between research, clinical teams, and support departments to improve the overall care experience • Provide proactive follow-up, including post-treatment check-ins and appointment reminders for at-risk patients. • Assist with scheduling coordination and ensure efficient, patient-centered care planning • Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records
• Bachelor's Degree • 5 years or more of experience working in a hospital/healthcare setting and interacting collaboratively with medical teams • Strong customer service skills • Demonstrate skills in written and verbal communication including good phone etiquette • Good problem solving skills • Display sensitivity to patient care, privacy and cultural needs. • Master's Degree in Health or Health-related field (preferred) • Knowledge of oncology healthcare and psychosocial needs (preferred) • Previous grant and/or clinical trial experience (preferred)
