📋 Description

• Define the strategic vision for the product team aligned to Civica’s overall vision • Create product roadmaps that align to company strategic goals and maximise productivity and growth • Lead and execute product strategy across a suite of products • Lead a team of product managers and have line management responsibility including performance reviews and regular check-ins • Collaborate with product design, user research, engineering and commercial teams • Oversee lifecycle management of a portfolio of products ensuring alignment with company mission and delivering critical products and services to citizens • Develop and maintain deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and market research to gather feedback and insights • Define and prioritise product requirements and guide the engineering process • Oversee product development lifecycle from concept to launch and ensure successful delivery of features and releases • Plan and execute product launches with Product Marketing including launch plans, positioning, and messaging • Analyse data and metrics to measure product performance and identify improvements • Mentor product managers and champion knowledge sharing and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Product Management skills, with extensive experience working in a senior product role leading multiple products and product teams • Proven track record of developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth • Demonstratable experience in leading high performing cross functional teams to achieve individual and team goals • Experience working in software or product led organisations, launching and growing multiple products • Capable of prioritising features, requirements, and tasks based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility • Driving force behind building and executing a product roadmap and strategy that aligns with customer needs and company goals • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success • Flexible to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and business priorities • Strong problem-solving skills to overcome technical, business, and customer challenges • Experience crafting compelling stories to communicate product vision, value, and benefits to various stakeholders at different levels
