📋 Description

• Travel to schools across the UK between July and September to carry out on-site audits • Use the Civica Education System to accurately replicate each school’s site digitally • Record and add school assets into the system, ensuring all data is up to date • Audit and verify assets located within classrooms and other areas of the school • Deliver basic training to school staff, supporting them in using the system confidently

🎯 Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car, with willingness to travel to school sites nationwide throughout the summer • Strong attention to detail to accurately record, audit, and verify school assets within the system • Basic IT skills, with confidence using digital platforms to replicate school sites and manage asset data • Good communication skills to effectively interact with school staff and deliver clear, basic system training • Ability to work independently while managing time and responsibilities across multiple school visits
