🎯 Requirements

• Procurement Expertise: Proven experience in supplier management, preferably within cooperative purchasing frameworks or public sector procurement. • Relationship-Building Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to inspire trust, facilitate understanding, and create a positive environment for suppliers. • Problem-Solving Orientation: Track record of identifying challenges, developing creative solutions, and implementing best practices in dynamic, evolving settings. • Analytical Acumen: Comfortable analyzing data to assess supplier performance, pinpoint trends, and recommend action plans that align with Civic Marketplace’s goals. • Mission-Driven Mindset: Passion for improving community well-being through ethical, transparent procurement processes. • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and an aptitude for quickly learning new technologies.
