• Assist the Director of People Operations in updating the compensation strategy, philosophy, and policies. • Manage the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. • Maintain compensation policies and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance. • Utilize compensation data software to analyze data and support decision-making. • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis annually for competitive pay practices. • Collaborate with leaders and HR teams to address compensation-related issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field. • 2-4 years of experience in compensation analysis. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and reporting, auditing, and presenting data. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. • Experience with compensation data software and market data analysis. • Experience with CompAnalyst and CompXL is a plus.
