📋 Description

• Responsible for the management and oversight of the customer project • Coordination of effort between the customer and applicable CivicPlus department • Complete a project scope, create a timeline, coordinate training • Facilitation of all communication through the phases of the project • Ensure project quality, schedule, budgets, and deliverables meet agreed upon expectations • Identify, assess, and manage risks and change control procedures • Identifies business development and “add-on” sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project or customer question

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years’ customer service experience required • Strong experience with and can adopt various productivity, project, and collaboration tools e.g., Microsoft Office, Sales Force/Cloud Coach, and SharePoint • Experience working cross-functionally between teams to solve problems and implement solutions • Clearly understands processes and executes with high quality • Understanding of local government entities, organization, and practices • Confident understanding of contracts, SOWs, and terminology therein and can communicate the meaning of said documentation effectively to internal and external customers
