• - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a consultancy or client-facing role. • - Strong understanding of business process improvement and change management. • - Excellent communication and facilitation skills. • - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • - Familiarity with project and change management methodologies. • - Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). • - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
