📋 Description

• Perform exploratory, regression, and end-to-end testing across web and mobile applications • Work closely with team members to figure out what should actually be built • Validate that applications meet business, functional, and user experience requirements • Identify, document, and communicate bugs with clear reproduction steps and relevant context • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers throughout the development lifecycle • Plan and execute test cycles, helping define priorities, scope, and coverage • Participate in product and delivery discussions with international clients and multidisciplinary teams

🎯 Requirements

• Have solid experience with manual testing, including exploratory, regression, and end-to-end testing • Have hands-on experience testing mobile applications across iOS and Android environments • Know how to identify, document, prioritize, and communicate issues clearly • Think beyond test cases and genuinely care about product quality and user experience • Collaborate well with engineers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders • Already use AI as part of their day-to-day workflow — whether for test case creation, bug investigation, documentation, workflow acceleration, or quality analysis • Be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in Brazil • Have a valid business registration in your country (such as CNPJ, VAT, EIN, or equivalent) • Have a bank account eligible to receive USD payments • Be able to invoice accordingly if required for the engagement
