âą Interact with other teams and professionals, including other developers, designers, project managers, and stakeholders âą Understand the needs of our partners/users and come up with solutions for their problems âą Dailies with the team âą Be able to break down user stories into individual design tasks âą Conduct market and user research âą Conduct user tests âą Produce high-quality UI designs âą Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product works and looks like âą Use design tools like Zeplin, Sketch, Invision, Adobe Products
đŻ Requirements
âą Solid experience working with design tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Products, or others âą Appreciate teamwork âą Have a basic understanding of development principles and workflow âą Being good with critiques âą Being up-to-date with trends and design best practices âą Good communication skills, both in verbal and writing skills âą Knowledge about both iOS and the material design system guidelines âą Good empathy profile âą English proficiency âą A valid business registration in your country (such as CNPJ, VAT, EIN, or equivalent) âą A bank account eligible to receive payments in USD âą Be able to issue invoices accordingly
