📋 Description

• Build responsive, production-ready Webflow websites from detailed Figma designs • Create scalable Webflow systems using reusable components, variables, and structured class naming • Build and manage CMS-driven websites with clean architecture • Develop polished interactions and animations using Webflow, GSAP, and ScrollTrigger • Implement custom functionality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Integrate websites with forms, APIs, CRMs, analytics platforms, and third-party services • Optimise websites for performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals • Perform QA across browsers, devices, breakpoints, CMS content, and interactions • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients from development through launch • Take ownership of technical execution while maintaining high design quality

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Webflow development experience • Strong experience building production-ready, responsive Webflow websites from Figma • Strong understanding of Webflow CMS, reusable components, variables, and scalable class naming • Strong working knowledge of Finsweet Attributes, including CMS Filter, CMS Load, CMS Sort, CMS Combine, and advanced collection-list use cases • Good command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience with Webflow Interactions, GSAP, and ScrollTrigger • Experience with APIs, forms, CRMs, analytics tools, and third-party integrations • Strong understanding of website performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals • Strong attention to visual detail, responsive behaviour, and UX quality • Experience working with designers, project managers, and clients • Strong portfolio of Webflow projects • Candidates must be citizens of India and currently based in India • Candidates should be able to join within 30 days
