📋 Description

• Qualifying and nurturing inbound leads to accelerate conversion • Conducting discovery calls and delivering clear, persuasive product demos • Leveraging deep product knowledge to answer objections and educate prospects • Keeping lead records organized and up to date in Hubspot or similar CRM tools • Collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to improve conversion rates • Supporting the sales team with insights from sales reports, customer conversations, and competitor feedback • Managing high volume of inbound interest, guiding prospects through onboarding, and ensuring smooth handoff to customer success

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing roles • Experience managing high volumes of inbound leads using a CRM system • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese • Working proficiency in English • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • (Nice to have) Experience in fintech, SaaS, or other digital B2B products • (Nice to have) Familiarity with Hubspot, Amplemarket, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator • (Nice to have) Skills in creating and delivering persuasive presentations • (Nice to have) Basic proficiency in Spanish or a desire to learn
