📋 Description

• Develop and shape Clara’s business and financial strategy • Execute high-impact cross-functional initiatives • Maintain the consolidated corporate finance model, including monthly forecasts, financial KPIs, balance sheet, and cash flow projections • Improve financial processes and ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis • Monitor SG&A, maintain budget alignment, and drive cost efficiencies • Build business cases with TAM analysis and financial projections for new products and features • Develop reporting and dashboards for new product performance • Conduct financial analysis covering unit economics, working capital, cash flow forecasting, and customer acquisition efficiency • Provide financial insights to global and local leadership teams • Support sales, growth, product, and other teams with data-driven recommendations • Prepare board packs, investor updates, and financial reporting • Build and update data room materials for equity and debt fundraising

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field • 3–4 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, management consulting, FP&A, strategic finance, and/or data science • Experience in startups or fintech is a plus • Active use of the latest AI tools, including building custom workflows, dashboards, and applications for complex financial analysis • Ability to build scalable, efficient, and intuitive financial models in Excel • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple time-sensitive priorities • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including preparing materials and analysis for executive-level audiences • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is required
