📋 Description

‱ Design with clarity and consistency across the product ‱ Own and evolve the design system to ensure visual consistency, scalability, and usability across the product ‱ Lead the creation of intuitive, engaging, and accessible user interfaces for web applications ‱ Explore and refine design solutions through user feedback, data, and critical thinking ‱ Build a cohesive application experience by aligning design decisions with user needs and business goals ‱ Keep the customer at the center; engage regularly with users to validate ideas and uncover opportunities ‱ Share insights across teams to build empathy and guide product decisions ‱ Stay on top of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies like AI and experiment with new approaches ‱ Identify problems, take initiative, and partner closely with product and engineering to ship thoughtful, high-quality features ‱ Share work early, welcome feedback, iterate quickly, and help shape a culture of creativity, speed, and shared ownership

🎯 Requirements

‱ 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in fast-paced or cross-functional environments ‱ Proven experience designing intuitive, scalable, and high-impact interfaces for enterprise-grade, customer-facing applications ‱ Hands-on ownership of a design system, including creation, implementation, and governance ‱ Proficiency in Figma (essential) ‱ Familiarity with Storybook (strong plus) ‱ Experience working effectively with engineering, product management, and other key stakeholders ‱ Strong user empathy and research instincts; experience running interviews, usability tests, and synthesizing feedback into actionable improvements ‱ Curiosity and forward-thinking mindset with a pulse on design trends, tools, and AI ‱ Collaborative, self-starting, resilient, and outcome-driven approach ‱ Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking, visual polish, and measurable product impact
