📋 Description

• Providing legal support on corporate matters including document preparation, filings, notarizations, legalizations, and compliance with internal policies and local regulations. • Managing legal documentation and databases, ensuring up-to-date and accurate record keeping. • Assisting with insurance matters, and regulatory filings, as well as other projects as directed by the Head of Legal. • Supporting cross-functional teams on ad hoc matters, transactions, and corporate initiatives. • Monitoring and interpret changes in legislation, especially as they relate to corporate governance, compliance, and company filings. • Facilitating communications and coordinate with notaries, government bodies, and external counsel. • Contributing to the continuous improvement of legal processes and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or equivalent preferred) • 3-6 years of relevant experience in corporate law, from a law firm or in-house environment. • Experience or exposure to Common Law jurisdictions is a strong plus. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. • High attention to detail, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information. • Self-starter, able to take ownership and initiative, with high energy and stamina • Decisive and action-oriented, able to make rapid decisions even when they are short of information • Highly motivated, independent and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact • Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1 level-proficient user)
