📋 Description

• Clarity Squared Behavioral, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote, part-time capacity to start. • As an LMFT, you will provide telehealth psychotherapy focusing on Workers Comp patients, veterans, senior and others. • This role offers the flexibility of working from home while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients. • The ability to go full time is available over time. • You will engage with clients utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). • Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges, get back on the job and improve their overall well-being. • Initial expectations are for 8-16 sessions per week, with potential for growth as demand increases.

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold a valid California LPCC, LMFT or LCSW license. • Experience with telehealth platforms and confidence in providing virtual therapy. • Strong understanding of CBT and other therapeutic modalities • Comfortable navigating electronic health records (EHR), specifically AthenaOne; training provided. • Ability to create a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment for clients. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if desired. • Languages: Ability to provide therapy in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
