📋 Description

• Orchestrate AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot as autonomous developer resources • Break down complex epics into modular, agent-ready tasks and enable multiple agents to work on different topics in parallel • Further develop the software factory with skills, automated review and implementation processes, and CI/CD integration • Review, debug, and refactor critical pull requests • Take responsibility for the quality, security, and maintainability of production software • Develop and extend full-stack features in a TypeScript monorepo • Implement features using Next.js, tRPC, PostgreSQL via Drizzle, Inngest, Auth/RBAC, and complex domain logic • Advance system design, particularly tenant isolation, workflow automation, and the long-term monorepo structure • Define architectural boundaries, assess technical trade-offs, and bring AI-generated code to production readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of in-depth experience in full-stack development for production systems using TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js • Proven experience in system design and typed API contracts; experience with tRPC • Proficiency with pnpm/Turborepo setups comprising multiple apps and packages • Strong expertise in relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including schema design and safe migrations with Drizzle • Experience in LLM development, including RAG, context engineering, tool calls, agentic loops, knowledge graphs, or agentic memory • Strong commitment to quality in testing, error handling, and clean architecture • Pragmatic use of AI coding agents • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into precise architectural instructions and context boundaries for LLMs • Fluent written and spoken German and English • High tolerance for a rapidly changing tooling landscape • Experience with Inngest or comparable event-driven/background job systems is a plus • Practical experience with OpenSearch, RAG, reranking, vector search, complex document processing, or search-intensive features is a plus • Experience with B2B SaaS requirements such as i18n, accessibility, complex RBAC models, audit trails, and tenant isolation is a plus • Experience with LLM-powered product features such as tool use, AI workflows, or RAG is a plus
