📋 Description

• Partner with universities, research institutes, industry R&D entities, and public agencies to assess and advance innovation portfolios frameworks • Design and implement innovative process practices • Project manage multi-workstream engagements, coordinating stakeholders across the project lifecycle • Direct, coordinate, implement, execute, and complete projects while remaining aligned with Clarivate’s strategy and commitments • Manage day-to-day execution: track progress, timelines, and make prompt operational decisions or escalations • Operate risks/issues/change control: maintain a live RAID log and implement mitigation actions • Serve as a point of contact for client questions and project issues • Provide concise reporting: publish clear status updates and dashboards for all stakeholders • Coordinate engagements from subject-matter experts and mentors: scope their tasks and schedule at the right inflection points • Manage stakeholder communications and training; track adoption KPIs and document lessons learned into reusable playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline • Certified (or equivalent experience) in project/programme management (examples: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) • At least 7 years of experience managing projects in a consulting or client-facing environment • Previous consulting experience with government and academic clients, start-ups, including portfolio reviews and programme delivery • Experience in SQL, R, or Python for analysis and dashboarding • Demonstrated experience establishing or strengthening technology transfer offices (TTOs), including invention disclosure, IP triage, and commercialization pathways • Previous experience in academia and/or industry R&D • Track record working within start-up and innovation ecosystems (accelerators, incubators, venture, corporate partnerships) • Prior experience working with patents databases analytics tools
