📋 Description

• Troubleshoot fiber-optic incidents • Investigate hypotheses and develop diagnoses based on detailed problem analysis • Route incidents to the responsible teams • Engage a field technician, when necessary, to address and restore service failures

🎯 Requirements

• Reside in Rio de Janeiro • Experience in technology support areas (NOC, COP, FCR, or data center) • English reading proficiency • Bachelor's degree completed • Knowledge of products and services • Proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Teams) • Knowledge of Telecom transmission network management systems (Alcatel, Cisco, Huawei, or Padtec) or enterprise network technologies (Datacom, Huawei GPON, or Parks) • Knowledge of GPON networks, fiber optics, and telecommunications • This position is also open to people with disabilities (PwD)
